Day-by-Day Itinerary

Your adventure begins with a morning flight from Zanzibar to Arusha. Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, you will meet your professional Beyond the World Safaris guide and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park. Famous for its ancient baobab trees, large elephant herds, and beautiful landscapes, Tarangire offers an excellent introduction to Tanzania's wildlife. Enjoy a scenic game drive searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, antelopes, and numerous bird species. After exploring the park, continue to Karatu where you will check in at Ikumbi Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight.
