All safaris are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit. Final balance is due 60 days before departure.

Cancellations more than 60 days out forfeit the deposit; 30–60 days incur a 50% fee; less than 30 days are fully non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance including trip cancellation and medical evacuation.

Beyond the World Safaris is licensed by the Tanzania Tourist Board and bonded for full financial protection.
