Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by your professional Beyond the World Safaris driver-guide, who will assist with your luggage before beginning the scenic drive to Arusha. Along the journey, enjoy views of Mount Kilimanjaro (weather permitting), local villages, and beautiful countryside while your guide introduces you to Tanzania and your upcoming safari adventure. Upon arrival in Arusha, check in at your hotel and enjoy time to relax after your international flight. June to October is the classic dry season with excellent game viewing. January to March is calving season in the southern Serengeti. The Mara River crossings peak July–September.
